While the PS3 sits idol without any really great games...
XBox = one-trick pony. At least I can state, for a fact, that the PS3 will have great games that stretch over more than one genre. They just aren't out yet.

Then, it's not fact. XBOX has great games spanning more than one genre... if we're talking multiple genres, I can guarantee that Assassin's Creed will be amazing, theoretically, like how PS3 will theoretically have great games.

Man, where's the great games for the 360 that are new and diverse like Lair. Wait, I probably shouldn't have mentioned that flagship title...

I think for now just king of games will be suffice for the 360. Wii can be king of mini-games. PS3 can be king of waiting.

Seems to me the 2 best games on the PS3 right are shooters themselves: Resistance and Warhawk.

Funny how you guys are acting like Sony's flagship titles might suck. They have all faced serious hype and all overcome to be brilliant games.

XBox, on the other hand, outside of the FPS genre, has had many games hyped, many of which have sucked.

How can a system with great games consistently only coming out from just one genre possibly keep you entertained? :snoring:

See: Bioshock.

It's called innovation. Well, that's one game, anyways. Um... I like FPS's but I'm huge into sports games... I can't wait for Cricket 08!!! :good!:

And Milo... how is it not having any games to play? Must suck to blow $600 on a system that has no games... :cray:

See: Bioshock: A supposedly great game that essentially becomes a $60 coaster after 20 hours of gameplay. PASS.

When I'm not busy playing Sigma, SuperStardust HD or Resistance, I can still go back to PS2 games because developers back then actually had the talent to make games with extremely high replay value without using online play as a crutch.
