that's not even the point. TE's don't have to run 4.5 40's. they need to be physical, with good hands and more times than not, open other stuff up in other parts of the feild. throw in some key 3rd and medium/long 1st down conversions, job well done.

bottom line, a good TE, not necessarily fast, just needs to be a viable option for the qb to use.......period. give that LB or DE something else to think about during the course of the game.:thumbsup:

Fully agree with you, was just taking exception to the previous poster saying none of our current guys are as fast as JW was.
