Pretty cool game. 3-click and True Swing interfaces. Upgrades, achievements, etc.

No idea what the final release will cost. Great browser game.

If anyone gives it a go, we should hook up and play. I'm playing as: rdank

I'm hearing Tiger Woods 11 will have a GTA theme to it.. You start out buy playing in small tournaments to save money.. Eventually you can buy Golf courses, mansions and not to mention tons of women.. Should be fun..

Smoke they have been creating courses for Tiger games on PC since 2003 i think. There are alot of top line guys who made unreal courses better than EA. BTW something is wrong with it right now.

Well, I am loving this.

I hate how i can't do a huge kickback on a hard drawn 4 Iron from the rough from 225 yards, but in all honesty EA has something here.

The 3 click swing is nice once you get used to it ( i sort of am), and even after an hour or so of play, i can't see playing golf on a console ever again. We'll see what EA is going to charge per month, but, anything south of $15 and I'll be playing it.

plus, like Mason said, they have had dead ringer courses for Augusta and Pine Valley and all for years, as user created stuff...though i wonder how EA will handle that now that they are stepping up and running their own show.

I'm enjoying the game. I've played it quite a bit.

Best way to make money now is the daily tournament. Last few days, I usually just play a round or two in the tournament and make $20-$50K for the effort.

When you start hitting 300yd drives and all the clubs act like they should, the game becomes much more enjoyable. Probably around level 15 for me. As for the tournaments, having 15 putt previews also helps a lot.

I'm interested it the Pro Shop and what all it will have. Sounds like a great idea.

I'm in the first round of closed betas for FIFA Online but the timing doesn't fit my schedule. Only open M-F 1:30pm - 5:30pm. So, haven't been able to try it out.

I started playing tiger on pc in 2001 & they had the course architect then with alot of user created courses. There were EA sponsored tournies & EA actually gave out prizes. I still have the sweatshirt I won. In the 2002 version they changed everything & the game went to crap. Entirely new game engine & the true swing & the game was never the same. The 3 click method may not be realistic but no method is so far. The true swing just made the game too easy.

Well beta is over and the game is up and running. For the ones that was in beta your $59.99 annual fee will include 3,000pts....

I want get it anytime soon but plan on it in the future. Plus they did add group tournaments.
