We stood alone at #1 in the SEC for a long time. Hopefully we'll regain that distinction soon.

FSU was nothing prior to Bobby Bowden arriving in the mid 1970s.....all those teams ahead of them had decades of a head start.

You could add Florida too this, they weren't very good until the 90's.

When you look at the NFL success under Fulmer it really is a puzzler as to only two SEC championships in his tenure. He and Les Miles!

Cause of these two:
Puzzle solved.

BTW, I picked this photo cause Spurrier looks like the creeper who goes to volleyball matches and has no connection to the schools or rooting interest, and also has a sex offender sign in his yard.

It will tough for a few years as that drought of draftees cycles through...unless we get about 22 drafted next year. lol

Edit: Didn't realize this was all time, I thought it was active NFL.

Try to degrade all you want but Spurrier did it the right way.

Spurrier was always great in scouting the quarterbacking talent...

I absolutely hated Spurrier with a vengence back when he coached Florida. All these years later its funny that my hate level for him has gone down immensely. This pic helps that cause lol.
