just wondering by any chance. sorry if i posted this on the wrong part of the forum. but does anybody know of a website where i can buy UT tickets and if so how much? hopefully i can check them out sometime this year.

If you can get them there, they are either $40 or $50 per ticket.

Or eBay or StubHub

Or, of course, you would go buy from people on the street outside Neyland.

Let me tell you, game day in Knoxville is like no other.

I totally agree...this coming from someone who went to her first game last year (Vandy)! There is nothing like it! 100,000+ people all in orange and the atmosphere is amazing! :)

When we went to the Vandy game, my cousin out the tickets off of Ebay and we sat in the endzone opposite of the T.

If you're not planning on going to one of the big rivalry games, I would definitely recommend just scalping tickets here. There are no laws against it in Knoxville that I know of (at least none that are enforced), and if you wait until close to game time, you can get tickets for next to nothing.

If you're nervous about doing that since it seems you'd be traveling pretty far, I've gotten tickets off of both stubhub and ebay for various sporting events, and I have never had a problem.

One of my friends at UT was from Ohio and an Ohio State fan :)sick:), and after the UT-Florida game he called home the next day and was like "It was like being at the OSU UM game!!!"

Then after a couple more home games, he called home and was like "Every game is like being at the OSU UM game!!!"

That's just one person's opinion though. I'm sure UM has really good atmosphere as well. But I sure can't imagine a better feeling than watching the T split with 100,000+ of your closest friends, though.

Cincy, calm down with the buckeye bashing... although, the majority of their fan base is very obnoxious.

I have tried to learn to play Euchre numerous times and just can't get the hang of it :mega_shok:

Every Buckeye fan I know acts like it's the greatest university in the planet. They usually throw in the THEE OSU which sounds arrogant to me when they say it. I just don't like them.
But, I won't knock you for supporting them as I am confident if it came down to it you'd pull for the orange and white over them. :)

ill tell you what i hate about ohio state. they back their way into national championships when they play in a weak big 10 conference. and its nothing against michigan whom i root for, but its true. and it always shows against the "superior" conferences. usc pounds the big10, lsu and florida have as well.
and their fans are another reason. i cant stand buckeye fans that their almighty and above and beyond every1 else. they show no class at all. now im sure it goes both ways with every team. but 99.9% of the buckeye fans know nothing, except bashing and running their mouths.

I happen to have a good friend that's a Buckeye. Amazingly, he says almost the exact thing about Michigan fans.

Understandable, and like I said, their fan base is questionable and arrogant is a good word also.

Last year in the NCAA tournament, I was for Tennessee over OSU with no question in my mind, and I paraded the orange before and on gameday... the following day, no joking here, I honestly think was one of the worst days of my life. And you can guarantee that in 2018 and 2019, I will be cheering for and hoping to stomp out tOSU at Neyland and in the Shoe.

yeah it goes both ways for any school. i mean what do i have to boast about with michigan? we havent beaten ohio state in years( seems forever ago), we just finally recently ended our bowl drought(over florida), and we lost to Appy State:banghead2: i mean i have nothing to seriously brag about, besides the overall record in michigans favor over ohio state.
