Thunder doesn't know what a pot is, and I can promise you that at his worst financial period, he was better off than at least 75% of America.
To insinuate otherwise is simply a lie.
Rarity Pointe, on Nickajack, is one of his newest ventures, but the above is quite an understatement. He has developments from Hawaii, to the Western US, to the Southeast. Tennessee National is an incredible Greg Norman course and community (with an incredibly expensive price point) in Loudon, just southwest of K-town (exit 72 off I-75).
Are you saying he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth? Because word around Chattanooga is that he is self made, albeit mostly by being in the right place at the right time, ie luck. He does not have a college degree and worked his way up through the construction/development business.
You are correct. That's what his bio says on the Thunder Enterprises website. Mohawk was the acquiring company.I couldve sworn he graduated from Tennessee Weslyan, and made his money selling knock off rugs, which he in turn sold the company to mohawk carpets or one of those Dalton, Ga carpet makers. I could be way off though
