There is simply no better football experience than watching the Vols in Neyland. Simply. If he does not go, he will regret it.

I took my kids to their first game last weekend (UK).

The campus looks amazing, the stadium looks amazing, the VOLS played outstanding, and the atmosphere was top notch. I was really happy to see all the newest additions since it was 2001 since I had been up there for a game.

I would def recommend going. Great times were had by all and my son is now a VFL

Dear dad,
Go to the Missouri game and take your son with you. But, don't take him if he's going to be wearing a flat billed hat and skinny jeans. I'd leave his ass at home too.

Probably going to be the most upbeat, competitive game of the year. There's nothing in this world like the Big Orange playing at Neyland Stadium. Every trip is a vacation for my soul.

You GOTTA GO!!!! Seniors will be honored. WHEN we win, we're goin BOWLING!!!! There will be some MAJOR celebrating!!!

Plus...there's no guarentee of how many tomorrows we get...go make some cherishable memories with your son. You never know when those options will be taken away from you.

There are only so many Saturdays in a lifetime to get to watch the Tennessee Volunteers play football in Neyland Stadium.

This is one of the most important games we have played since Butch has been coach. Not only do we control our destiny (could get into a New Year's bowl) but the destiny of Georgia and Mizzou for SEC championship game.

Last chance to see the Vols in Neyland playing a game until next September against Oklahoma. Also always take advantage of every opportunity you have to do something fun with family.

Dear Dad,
Take your son to the game this Saturday vs Missouri.

1. There are only so many gamedays to share with your son. One day, one of you wont have that opportunity.
2. Its a big game with importance. It will clinch a bowl berth for us, or improve Missouri's chance to win the EAst. I say lots of celebrating for the orange crowd.
3. There are tickets available.
4. # 3 may not be an option in the days to come as we continue to build brick by brick and become the powerhouse we used to be.
5. Its Senior day. GO and stand for those young men who have gave their all for the Vols. You better yell really loud for Gillam, as this kid is the ultimate in example of heart and soul of orange and white.
6. Its Tennessee football. There is nothing better.
7. Its the right thing to do. GO VAWLS, oops sorry Donnie Knoxville. GO VOLS

You're never guaranteed a tomorow and neither is your son. If at all possible, spend your Saturday with him at the game. I'd give anything for my dad to be alive to ask him to go with me.

To the dad, I'm sure if you get tickets your son will be more than willing to wash your car, clean the gutters, rake the leaves, mulch the yard, and any other 50 chores that need attention in return.

Good luck OP.

Promise him that you won't bail out on VN

4-8, 5-7 at best looking likely again. Kentucky looks like they'll probably beat USCe. Season may be doomed after all. :mf_surrender:

Not trolling or being sarcastic, it's just easy to assume this since i was 11 the last time we had a winning season. (Don't count 09)

If Jones loses to Kentucky(Stoops being hired at the same time), then he should be fired immediately following the game.

May as well start the coaching search now, because it'll happen. I'll take bets on it now.

We dead. Chattanooga and Vandy are only win I see

Does he know we have Dobbs at QB now??? And that its senior night??? Should be a more exciting atmosphere than USU.

Dear Dad,

I've worked hard this summer and saved up some money, and as my treat, I'd like to take you and salutethehill to the TN/Mizzou game Saturday.

Sincerely,

Your daughter
