Twice-Deported MS-13 Illegal Alien Allegedly Raped Semiconscious Woman

An illegal alien, believed to be associated with the violent MS-13 gang, is accused of raping a semiconscious woman in the sanctuary jurisdiction of Montgomery County, Maryland.

ABC News 7’s Kevin Lewis confirmed this week that 35-year-old Jose Lopez-Gonzalez, who was allegedly found by police officers raping a semiconscious woman in plain sight, is an illegal alien from El Salvador with potential ties to the MS-13 Gang.

Police officers were called March 5 about the rape of a woman in an apartment complex stairwell. When they arrived, one officer said he witnessed Lopez-Gonzalez raping the woman as she shouted, “No.” Half the woman’s clothes had been ripped off by Lopez-Gonzalez, according to police.

The officer said he yelled at Lopez-Gonzalez to stop but the illegal alien allegedly would not stop having sexual intercourse and had to be pried off the victim. The location of the alleged rape was in plain sight of the public.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where she was found to have a blood alcohol level more than four times the legal limit. Lopez-Gonzalez allegedly admitted to police that he knew the woman was drunk.

Trump Mulls Sending Anyone Who Crosses Border Illegally to Mexico
By ELLIOT SPAGAT and COLLEEN LONG / AP

March 17, 2020
(SAN DIEGO) — The Trump administration is considering a plan to turn back all people who cross the border illegally from Mexico, two administration officials said Tuesday, using powers they say the president has during pandemics like the coronavirus outbreak to mount what would be one of the most aggressive attempts to curtail illegal immigration.
The plan is under consideration and no final decisions have been made, according to the officials, who spoke to The Associated Press on the condition of anonymity because the plan hasn’t been announced.

Brayan Segura, a 15-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, has been arrested and charged with stabbing 14-year-old Janina Valenzuela to death.

According to law enforcement officials, Segura admitted to murdering Valenzuela as part of his initiation into the MS-13 gang, alleging that the girl was a member of the rival 18th Street Gang. Valenzuela was reported missing by her boyfriend.

Valenzuela’s family has set up a GoFundMe page to help cover the costs of the girl’s funeral and has already surpassed their goal of $5,500.

Segura has been charged as an adult for murder, aggravated assault, and concealing the death of a person. He is currently being held without bail in the Cobb County Jail and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency has requested that should he be released, he be turned over to them for arrest and deportation.

The Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) program is widely used by the MS-13 gang to import illegal alien members into the U.S. Annually, about 22,000 potential recruits for the MS-13 gang are resettled throughout the country by the federal government. The MS-13 gang originated in El Salvador and has used the U.S. immigration system to slowly build up its membership.

Massachusetts judge who helped illegal immigrant escape ICE arrest indicted, federal authorities say

A Massachusetts judge and a court officer accused of helping an illegal immigrant flee an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent waiting to take him into custody were indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury for obstruction of justice and three other counts, officials said.

Newton District Court Judge Shelley M. Richmond Joseph and the court officer, identified in court documents as Wesley MacGregor, face several charges stemming from an April 2, 2018 incident in which the pair allegedly helped Jose Medina-Perez get out of the courthouse via a back door in order to elude the ICE agent who sought Medina-Perez. They're both charged with obstruction of justice, aiding and abetting; obstruction of a federal proceeding, aiding and abetting and conspiracy to obstruct justice. MacGregor was also charged with perjury before a federal grand jury.

Judge Charged For Allegedly Letting An Illegal Alien Escape Says She’s Victim Of Political Bias

A Massachusetts judge charged with obstruction of justice for allegedly conspiring an illegal alien’s escape from an immigration agent is saying that she is the victim of political bias.

Shelley Joseph, who has since been suspended from her position as a Newton District Court judge, is accusing the man prosecuting her of bias toward tough immigration enforcement, according to a 12-page letter filed by her attorney. Joseph’s defense team is requesting the court review files that demonstrate evidence of “political bias” by U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling, immigration officials and “grossly improper leaks” to the media.

There was supposed to be a hearing in April on Joseph’s motion to dismiss the case, but it was postponed to June due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Joseph, along with retired court officer Wesley MacGregor, is accused of assisting an illegal alien escape through the back door of a courthouse in April 2018 to avoid an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent waiting in the lobby outside the courtroom.

The ICE officer had arrived at Newton District Court to apprehend Jose Medina-Perez, an illegal alien from the Dominican Republic who was at the courthouse because he was linked to a DUI charge in Pennsylvania. The ICE officer waited in the lobby, expecting him to eventually be released so he could make an arrest.

During a sidebar conversation between Joseph, Medina-Perez’s defense attorney and the assistant district attorney, it was relayed to Joseph that an ICE officer was waiting outside to apprehend him. She then asked the clerk to turn the courtroom recorder off — an apparent move to conceal the conversation and a violation of Massachusetts courtroom rules, according to the indictment. (RELATED: Guatemala Is Accusing The US Of Sending Back Deportees With Coronavirus)
When the recording came back on, the three agreed to let Medina-Perez go. However, instead of having him exit through the courtroom lobby, he was directed to leave through the rear exit that leads to a parking lot.

The ICE officer reportedly waited in the lobby for hours, and ultimately left empty-handed. Word immediately spread through the agency.

She actively conspired to help the illegal alien escape ICE apprehension, stopped the recording to hide her actions and lied about the incident to her superiors, prosecutors said. She was charged in April 2019 with conspiracy to obstruct justice.

However, Joseph is arguing that U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling has it out for her, and is pointing to a February op-ed by him where he criticizes sanctuary cities. Titled “Sanctuary cities are a ‘genuine and persistent threat,'” the op-ed specifically railed against a 2017 case where a local judge gave a rape suspect bail before he fled the United States.

Joseph’s attorney is also asking to search for evidence of bias at the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice and ICE. She is also claiming that the illegal alien’s attorney — who has been given immunity in the case — is telling a “fictitious” story about the incident.

If found guilty, Joseph faces up to 20 years in prison.

As for Medina-Perez, he was apprehended roughly a month after the incident and is undergoing deportation proceedings.

Trump Exempts Fortune 500’s Visa Workers from Immigration Curb

President Donald Trump has exempted the Fortune 500’s international labor supply from his order for a temporary immigration shutdown.

“This order will only apply to individuals seeking a permanent residency,” Trump said in an April 21 press conference at the White House. He said:
Thee white-collar reporters did not ask Trump why he exempted the corporate visa workers from taking jobs away from other white-collar Americans. One reporter, however, asked him if he is using the coronavirus epidemic to fulfill a campaign promise to reduce legal immigration.

The rollback of the expected curbs on visa programs will be a huge disappointment to the many American graduates who say they have been pushed out of Fortune 500 jobs and careers by the alliance of U.S. investors, managers, and foreign visa workers.

So Trump will come under increasing pressure during the 2020 campaign to fulfill his 2016 promise to curb the H-1B visa. That pressure will come from millions of swing-voting graduates who see good jobs disappearing all around them — and see the major companies employing roughly 1.5 million white-collar visa workers.
In fact, his promise of the 60-day review is his invite to millions of swing-voting American graduates to rally against the visa worker programs during the 2020 presidential election.

The college graduate protest will be spiked by the continued economic turmoil and the routine inflow of foreign visa workers. For example, Trump’s federal government is on track to allow U.S. companies to import 85,000 new H-1B workers during the next several weeks.

Fortune 550 companies, smaller companies, and universities keep a population of roughly 1.5 million visa workers in U.S. jobs, and they also use those workers to transfer many additional jobs to corporate allies in India and other countries.

Business groups had exploded in anger on Tuesday at the threat of losing their access to foreign labor .

'Our middle class is dying': Tucker Carlson Blames 'advisers' in Trump orbit for 'tidal wave' of Immigration
|April 21, 2020 09:41 PM

Fox News host Tucker Carlson ripped some within President Trump's "orbit" for attempting to place corporate interests ahead of American workers' welfare during the coronavirus pandemic.

On his Tuesday night show, Carlson critiqued Trump advisers, who he alleges crafted a temporary suspension of immigration without addressing key concerns of the working class.

"The president is worried about preserving American jobs," Carlson said. "Unfortunately, and this seems to be the key, some in his orbit are not as concerned. Their main worry is making donors happy. And if there's one thing that donors love always, it's cheap employees. Yes, our middle class is dying at a faster clip than ever before."

Carlson said the suspension doesn't address the hundreds of thousands of temporary and guest workers who vie with Americans for industrial and agricultural jobs.

The Fox News host claimed the suspension was written by out-of-touch staff members who are "more worried about what their friends think" of the immigration measures instead of protecting the jobs of citizens.

Carlson noted the suspension does not apply to a massive section of immigrants who fight with Americans for working-class jobs.

"The new moratorium on immigration will last for 60 days," Carlson said. "The ban will apply only to individuals seeking permanent residency into this country."

Carlson said Trump's ban, which could be extended after the two-month period ends, does not apply to hundreds of thousands of temporary and guest workers who vie with Americans for industrial and agricultural jobs.

"The purpose of this tidal wave of immigration has nothing to do with what advocates of immigration claim immigration is for," added Carlson. "These visas do not improve American society in any way. We have no moral obligation to give them. There is no mention of guest workers on the Statue of Liberty."
