I don't really know what all happened but it looked pretty bad. I really don't see how it didn't get more coverage than it did. Anyway I thought this picture was hilarious from the Commercial Appeal in Memphis...they clearly aren't too bright down in Birmingham...
Shawn Taggert, who starts for Memphis may have a broken nose because of it. I've heard rumors of possible charges for Joey Dorsey hitting a fan. There could be possible repercussions that affect them going into our game against them. And it's just funny...
I'm not really sure that the Auburn game is more important. We have a pretty solid 2 game lead in the SEC and beating the number one team in the country would be huge for getting a number one seed in the tournament and this game has big recruiting implications. If you think it doesn't I will be glad to elaborate and point you in the right direction.
And I'm not implying that the team should be overlooking Auburn in any way AT ALL. I'm just saying that in the long run the Memphis game could be more important.
Pierre Niles (bottom right) looks very hungry in the first picture. In the second one, you can clearly see him trying to haul off a late night snack on his way to the locker room.
I think I'll send them some type of prize for being the most curtious , polite , friendly , fans in the conference! They are disgusting and are bad representatives of conference USA ! :bad:
