Thoughts on SEC Standings/Records with 9 conference games left?

After a disappointing start to SEC play, we're watching a young talented team mature. With every week of experience, against the best teams in college baseball, they get better in every aspect of the game.

We are only 3 wins out of first place in the SEC. This team could easily go 6-3 to finish out league play. Hosting is a long shot but not off the table if we can avoid disasters like Thursday night.
Give me three more bad Friday nights if it results in the way we responded this week. Man, our offense has looked good.

Seeing aTm having the season they are having shows that we all wrote Michael Earley’s obituary prematurely. Being a first-time head coach in the SEC is a brutal task. There is an adjustment period and learning curve.

I bet Elander has a similarly good Year 2 in 2027, since he’ll have his feet under him.

We would steam roll the FSU or Coastal Regional. .. and since we don't like playing at home. LETS GOOOOOO
As someone who lives 30 minutes from Conway, it would be a dream to see my Vols play at CCU. It's a great ballpark. My husband and I went to the regional there last year, and it was a great time!

We’re not leaving there with a losing SEC record. Book it.
Yeah I think we take 2/3, but we'll need to win both Tegan and Blanco's starts. Oklahoma isn't as good w/the bats as Texas, but I still don't know if we can win a "bullpen game"; as we saw today, there are a bunch of guys in the pen who are talented, but young/not ready.

No idea why we didn't pitch Abraham today, thought he could've given us something positive.

Oklahoma is less my concern than Tennessee is. We haven’t played back to back weekends of quality baseball all season. Every time we’ve played a good series, we follow it up by laying an egg the next weekend.

This team needs to stay focused and play the way it did against Texas. If we do that, we have a great chance to win the series.

Anybody watching the team play the last several weeks know we are playing MUCH better ball than our record implies. I think we are going to get "rewarded" with a #2 seed out of Chapel Hill. Right now I don't care where they put us because team seems to be peaking at the best possible time. GBO!
