5 new coaches, counting Ole Miss. could easily been 6 if Kentucky had pulled the plug.

Has there ever been 5 new SEC coaches in one year?

It won’t get any easier with the SEC adding another conference game next year.

Will LK be as successful as LSU wants? LSU historically has had such a recruiting advantage in state, average coaches such as Orgeron (sp) and grass eater won nattys in spite of themselves. I honestly believe Kelly was and is a better HC than either 2, but couldn’t win the big one. NIL has taken away a lot of the traditional built in recruiting advantage that teams like LSU has had. If LK looses 2-3 games a year, when will the honeymoon end? He still has to beat Bama, UGA, Texas, they aren’t going anywhere.

What about UF and Auburn?

How many of the newly hired coaches will be at the same school in 3 years?

It’s almost getting out of control

My ADHD kicked in reading your post. You’re overwhelming us with so many questions. 😂

1. LSU
2. Auburn
3. Florida
4. Ole Miss
5. Arky

All will be around in 3 years; but Florida will be looking for a new coach by the end of year 3.
Lane makes the playoffs 2 out of the next 3 years.

I will give Auburn and LSU both a thumbs up.

Arkansas messed it up somehow. Kentucky as well.

Missouri and Vandy both came out very well with the extensions.

Don't care for the Ole Miss selection at all.

UF...who knows from the small schools?

From my gata work cohort...lol

For some reason, I believe Franklin will do really well at Va Tech. Has something to prove and there is not an Ohio St or Oregon in the ACC.
