It might take a while, but a much needed purge has started to take place here on the Hill. As much as we love to hate each other on game day, we all know it's a better conference and more fun when UT, FLA, GA are pounding on each other and it's a three way race in the east.

The jokes on him. UT fans would be more pissed now if we had Dave Doeren than the situation we are in now. His irrelevant school, that recently couldn't beat us in basketball or football, is now over paying for a crap coach. Hilarious

It's beyond embarrassing... but I was really looking forward to Mike Leach in the SEC instead of out in Pullman, WA.

I would love to hear the discussions about who to call about being head coach here during these searches, like hey look at all the coaches across the country who's got their teams playing great on a consistent basis.....hmm how about Greg Schiano, Dave Dorean, yeah they were about to fire him he'll be cheap....does nobody stand up and go WTF have you people lost your minds

I believe when all this is done it will be the best thing we’ve had happen since the NC. If it embarrasses you then your skin is way to thin. Much of this has been media driven(in today’s climate it’s ease fill time) and WE WILL come out of this alive. Again if Penn State survived, and this is not in the same universe as that, we will be fine. And if you think our administration is worst than theirs was maybe you need to re-read what they went through. I just lose so much respect for hand wringing, whinny, panicky adults. WE WILL BE OK. This is Tennessee not SMU, UAB, etc etc.....

Hopefully it will be Fulmer at AD. Thing that scares me is Haslam. I don’t think Fulmer will be Haslams yes man every step of the way and will voice his opinion when needed... will Haslam get him fired for doing so?
