It's exciting, but I think they left Pearce off that list. By all accounts he has had one of the best offseasons in the weight room and has a renewed interest in being part of the team.

Hubbs and AP believe he’ll be a bigger impact then Joseph’s this year. Pearce is up to 240-245, JJ was playing at like 225-230 last year.

Yeah Josephs made a quicker impact but Pearce is ridiculously talented.
Could definitely see him exploding out of nowhere this year.
