I think that these girls need to go to the nearest rec gym and play a little pickup ball. I just don't understand how Strickland never posted up that little runt that was guarding her. To me that is the first thing you do if you want too win, know what your abilities are and how to use them. I also think that this staff is a little to lax in their use of these players. I know that these are first year players for the most part, but I still don't understand how some teams look much more polished and with so much less "talent". Maybe being a "Mickey D All American" isn't as impressive as I thought it was.

Coaches tend to get so bullheaded in running their "system" that they forget to exploit matchups. Generally, those are losing coaches, but the good ones do it too.
