Alabama's loss means Ohio State moves up into the #1 slot. Oregon will go to #2, with Boise at #3, and we'll only have one team that was truly tested at year's end (Ducks) if they all win out. Not that I'd ever root for 'Bama, but I'd rather see a team from the south or the SEC play (a TESTED team) over those stupidly overrated Buckeyes again. Maybe one of the Big 12 teams can sneak in again...who knows.

The worst part is, Ohio State doesn't even play what may be the best team in their conference: Michigan State.

Go Big Orange...still hopeful, even after the beatdown....

Ohio State is definitely better than Michigan State. I'm also not sure why everyone is convinced Oregon is better.

But I guess this thread will be moved/merged soon.

edit: Kind of interesting. last time OSU won the national championship, they didn't play the other team in the conference that wen 8-0.

I don't see Denard Robinson doing much against an OSU defense that is better than an MSU one...I'm still not sold on TP or that OSU offense, but Michigan's defense sucks...

Great. We've gotten to the point where we're depending on the teams on our schedule to make us relevant.

This isn't out of the realm of possibility....lol

Would be kind of funny after all the posts about Dooley out Milesing Miles and such.
I'm pulling for LSU and that's probably a bad thing.

Wasn't saying we're the only reason they've been tested; remember, they blew us away. If the Ducks go undefeated, they'll have run through a VERY deep Pac-10.

They'll have what?
