Wasn't harvin the #1 rated player in the country? You guys have anyone that highly rated? (serious question, not flaming)

The point is they had 2 freshman who contributed. I think Berry will have the ball in his hands strickly on returns (I think he goes immediatly to D). We are counting on Kenny O'Neil more than any recruit in a while, but he is a JC guy who went to FSU as a freshman, so we need him to come in and be ready. And the receivers we got will hopefully get better in the summer. A handfull of incomming freshman will compete for 1-2 remaining slots in the WR rotation.

you can't take much from the spring game - it's never as good as it looks or as bad as it looks...just be thankful that the young guys are getting reps, and we're pretty healthy overall.

Cal will not have anyone that can contend with the speed we have coming in this class. I just hope they can learn their place in the system by the first game. Also, if Ainge is injured this year, we are in a world of hurt.

What gets me about Crompton is his lack of a sense of urgency. It's like he thinks he has all this time to get better and that the job is his once Ainge is hurt or gone. I mean it's his third spring!!!!!!! He should be leaps and bounds ahead of where he is right now. Hopefully Coleman will push him hard enough in 2008 to either unseat him or make him alot better b/c he is no where near where he needs to be.
