Theismann thinks Lebron could play QB in the NFL

LeBron, maybe other than be an All-Star baseball player, would have been an all-star at any sport and most likely any position he wanted to had he started at 14. Obviously, he couldn't do it now.

Joe must not be a good talent evaluator. This is not the first dumb quarterback statement that he's made.

Looks like he was trying to say something worth getting attention. NFL quarterbacks are not made that easily.

Would not work. LeBron would fumble every time a defensive player touches him as he flails his arms trying to draw a flagrant foul. That's why CP3 never cut it as a RB.

he's hawking prostate medication in front of fake NFL props, he doesn't need attention, he needs a psychiatrist

It is pretty sad how low he's seemingly dropped since being fired from MNF in 2007. He used to be a mainstay on NFL broadcasting, though I always though he loved the sound of his own voice too much.

He could probably be a linebacker or a tight end indeed, and he said QB because of his "court vision" I'm sure.

He could legit have played any sport he wanted honestly. Baseball, Basketball, Football, Soccer, Water Polo, whatever. No sport gets a 280 pound 6.8 guy who can run even a sub 5 forty, let alone as fast as he does it.

I say, imagine him as a goalie for the olympic soccer team.

Not quite as bad as Tony Saragusa pimping maxi pads for men imo.

Yeah but Saragusa has never really been taken seriously as Theismann has been. You kind of expect Saragusa to act like a moron, heck that's pretty much why Fox gave him a microphone in the first place.

Not even close. Just look at the top selling jerseys.

It was a big deal because it was his last season
No doubt offense sells more jerseys but there are defensive players who get as much or more camera time than their offensive counterparts.
