Eastman Credit Union has issued an apology for viral videos that showed an indecent act being committed within one of its branch offices.
The company also said in a statement that was posted on social media late Friday night that it has dealt with the situation.
“Earlier this week, we learned of a video taken of inappropriate behavior in a Johnson City, Tennessee branch,” the statement, posted on social media, states. “We took immediate action as we have zero tolerance for this kind of misconduct.”
The company found itself embedded in controversy Friday when a video posted on the social media platform TikTok went viral.
