The way things are going we will win only 2 more games maybe. I see us being able to squeak past Wyoming and Miss. State. Now if things change and the ship is turned around then possibly 3 more wins. As a fan, I hope we win all of our remaining games, but realistically we won't beat Alabama, Georgia, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, or South Carolina.

At this point , 4 -8 is the direction that we are headed in. I hate it, but it is what it is. However, this may be a blessing in disguise to get some new blood (coaching) in here.

I think the GA game will set the tone for the rest of the year. The Bad is they've had a week off, we're playing there and we have scored only 31 points in the last three games.

I'm not sure "realistically" is the right word. Beating Bama or Georgia might be long shots, but Vandy, UK, and USC are certainly beatable, and the players we put on the field are capable of playing with UGa and Bama. As a whole, the team has been awful so far this year, but that doesn't mean they will be awful for the remainder of the season. That may not be likely, but I don't think rebounding and playing decent football is "unrealistic" just yet.

This is why we play the games. IMO if the offense can play to their potential then the vols are a good football team. If the O can get it together then we can compete the rest of the season. I think we need new blood also, but I also think that CPF deserves the chance to finish out this season.

Fulmer said that whichever QB is playing well is who will continue playing. That being said, Stephens did well against NIU. They used a very limited playbook. Hopefully they'll open it up quite a bit more against UGA.

I hope for a win, and they'll get all of my support, all of the time. I'll never pull for them to lose because getting a new coach is not guaranteed, and Hamilton hasn't told me, "by pulling for the Vols to lose, I will give your favorite team a new coach."

So, Go Vols! Beat the hell out of those stout, asthmatic pups!

I think UT gets it together enough to beat vandy and UK. Vandy's a flash in the pan and UK doesn't have UT's talent.

At the rate it's going they won't win another game this year. We can only hope that anyway so Phil will get the axe.:banghead2::mf_surrender:
