Do you like the old logo and would like to see it on more apparell and around Neyland or are you not crazy about it?

I think that was one of the best logos UT has ever used and I'd love to see it used more often anywhere

Not too fond of it. I'm sure in this PC age having a gun as part of the logo isn't too hip either.

when did UT stop using it? i'm pretty sure it was around thru the peyton era. the cartoon smokey drives me nuts

i have never seen it on any of the adidas apparrel. probably about the time adidas took over.

As has been several times on here, we are the Tennessee Volunteers, not the Tennessee Coonhounds. Volunteers in the formation of our country fought with guns, not legal injunctions etc.

Of course Tennessee Coonhounds would not pass muster with the politically correct.
