I just knew you guys would come out after this loss. I'm as heartbroken as anyone, by the loss. However, the dumb BS spewed by the vocal minority, is embarassing.

What kills me is the football ignorance. We still have fans complaining about the "zone read" offense we run when it has been explained numerous times on this site that we do not run a zone read.

Oh, you mean... The QB isn't supposed to be keeping the ball? Oh thanks for proving our point. Quit with the damn slow developing run formations if it's not even designed for your qb to be running.

I hate all those idiot Vols fans who complain after losing to one of the worst Florida teams we will ever see.
Stupid fans, they should know not to demand wins in these situations.

Unfortunately I don't think Worley would be able to read the DE anyway. He sure as hell can't survey the line and pick-up the corner blitz and most of the time misses the weakside blitz. I don't know how many times this season he has been hit square in the back because he never saw the corner blitz coming. Terrible.

Op, do you really believe, following yesterday's offensive performance, that fans upset over it are "idiots" with no valid concerns? So what if people don't fully understand the nuances of the scheme, they certainly can tell when it's failing in spectacular fashion, no? Yall need to get off your high horse & respect that there are numerous valid criticisms to be discussed.

I would like someone to answer the following question: if the qb places the ball into the RB's belly and pauses for a split second in an attempt to make the defense pause to see if the qb is actually going to hand off and then hands off and proceeds around the end as another attempt to lure the defense into thinking he still has the ball but never actually has the ball and no one in the universe thinks he had the ball, what is the point?

You clearly have never played the game LOLZ!!!

There is a plan. In 2019 we will reach 7 regular season wins and then its ON!

Don't let these idiot Vols "fans" keep you from seeing the goal - 2019 is the year!

I usually stay your if these conversations, but the crazy opinions coming out of the woodwork since we lost is over the top. If all our arm-chair coaches knew what they think they know, they'd have a job in football somewhere. There is a reason they don't. It's the same reason I don't either.

However, since we're throwing em all out there, I have an uneducated opinion too: it wouldn't matter much if we had Peyton back there - if the O-line folds like a cheap tent the offense stalls. Period. Butch was left with a threadbare group of linemen since Dooley elected to not recruit ANY one year. Our freshman starters are getting schooled. Not sure any coach could fix it this year.

IMO, Firing coaches or changing the play book wouldn't help, despite how frustrated we feel as fans. Only teaching those players by their mistakes will make a difference in future games.

Are you referring to the team that's 3-1, 2-1 (SEC) as one of the worst Florida teams we will ever see? Very interesting analogy...

if Muschamp wasn't the coach, Florida would perhaps be the best team in the east. They have so much more talent

Hurd average 4 ypc, right?

Why did he only rush 10 times? And why only 10 rushes in a game we led for over 3 quarters?

I know but that is the way it is on here. That's why I like coming on here after a loss to the Gators, (not that I like a loss to the Gators, mind you), but I just laugh and laugh...just like the past ten years. Well, I do prefer laughing than crying. :cray: or this :eek:lol:

GO VOLS!
