I guess they didn't see our defense play lights-out today. Oh well, it's better when the other fans talk ish.

South Carolina has a great chance to win. Tennessee haas played extremely well the last 2 games, but who knows what will happen next week. These 2 teams are pretty even.

That didn't sound very confident to me.

The guy who said that our secondary is no match for Garcia and Co. is in for a rude awakening. He must not have been watching the same UT and USC that I've been watching this year.

The only game that worries me for the rest of the year is Ole Miss with having to play them in Oxford and Snead/McCluster getting hot.

These 2 comments really cracked me up...:lolabove:

Tennessee's secondary is no match for Garcia and company.

Wait. What?

I feel like I am in the world of the unknown. Garcia had a great day statistically, yet I felt like we were completely unstable today. I hope that was from having a Bama hangover. Yet, I fear it is due to our OL play. WOW...shakey. Yet....I think of how our OL looked against UGA. We need that swagger back.

ODDLY....I think I am glad we are playing at UT. I think we do better there. Hope we are the underdogs in this one.

GO COCKS.

USCjr. swagger?

This guy is glad they are playing on the road...

Not to be the grammar police, but anyone who spells "defense" as "defence" or "offense" as "offence" ... I'm sorry if I don't listen to a freaking word of that garbage.

I'm am really interested to see how our team responds.

This is my main concern. I really hope they rebound well after a tough loss to a huge rival. They have the potential to win out, they just need to be as focused and energized as they've been these last 2 games.

Judging by the post game comments, they're going to be ready.

Good to see beating Vanderbilt for the first time in 3 years has them feeling their oats.

I think they will respond well. They sounded fairly upbeat for a team who just took a loss like that. They are going to practice tomorrow in hopes of getting the game out of their system as quick as they can. night game + ESPN + Halloween = Vols come out pumped...

I agree, but I honestly believe our coaching staff will have them fired up for this game as well. With that being said, if the last regime were still here I may feel differently. We're actually a very disciplined well coached football team now and our coaches come into the game with a good plan and make adjustments throughout.

South Carolina will struggle to get 10 points. We should be able to pound them in the running game.

i've covered all their home games this year, usc doesn't have much of a running game and they have started just throwing the ball to alshon johnson (sp?) to see if he can grab it. If garcia gets the least bit hurried he runs. The defense plays ok, if you block norwood it won't be that big of a problem. I dont' think SC realizes their only road win this year has been to NC State, hardly the big boys.
