OK be kind, I'm bored and its July, BUT
What if, Dobbs red shirts his true freshman year, (which was the plan) and was a 5th year SR this year.
What if Malone was staying for his Sr season too,
Ditto for Barnett.
Kamara stays for his SR year.
Hurd never gets mind screwed by his biological dad and had been a team 1st guy and was returning.

Wait, there is more...
No players had season ending injuries last season and were 100 percent this spring and now as well..
Suttons injury is deemed season ending and he is awarded a medical, and he is back.

What does that team look like going into this season to you?

And yes I know, IF, If worms had guns, If Ifs and Buts were candy and nuts,, if your Aunt owned a pair shed be your Uncle, I know I know, But what if for the first time in 18 years Lady Luck was On the Vols Side??

Oh and add the big Offensive Tackle at Oklahoma wo Cheek wouldn't admit at Tenn but the NCAA and the SEC and OKLAHOMA said was qualified was allowed to enroll.. Think we could have used a LT the last 3 years,, Kid was a starter from game 1

It's nice to imagine what life as a Vols fan would be like having the breaks go our way.

If Dobbs was SR, Malone would stay for sure. That being said, though it's remotely possible we will miss Dobbs more than we know this year, I'm at least curious to see what this offense can do with a QB (from what we've seen), who has razor sharp accuracy on short and medium distance routes. Gotta admit, I always cringed, or had passive optimism on 3rd and 5 w/ Dobbs, though the "tuck and run" was a great weapon.

At the rate his accuracy and touch improved each season, and the line protecting better each season, Id like his chances

Dobbs. He cant make the easy stuff look easy. He made up for it with his legs. Im beyond excited to see a QB with an elite arm for the first time since Bray.

What if Dobbs had a real QB coach the past two Seasons?

What if Preston Williams hadn't transferred?

Orlando Brown, I believe he was all Big12 last two years.
