Not on target? Mascio caught the ball and got the tag down. Should've taken the out, yeah, but the throw was on target.

Anyone else notice how quickly derkay comes off the bag when catching a throw at first? I’ve noticed that the last few games. I think ump could call a couple runners safe if he wanted to.
