Most bridges are minimum 12' high and the water looks to be 4-5' from the bottom of the bridge. I would guess it's at least 7-8' deep.

I can't even begin to think how someone would have gotten their car down there without drowning or being hurt. Who looks at something like that and says..."Yeah I think we can make it".

definitely 6-8' high at least no one was in them but the cars could have gotten stuck before it flooded too. Rain came on fast and dumped a few inches in a very short amount of time. Seems every time it rains some car has to be pulled out from there
