Just seared a roast and put it in the crockpot. Dinner will be simple tonight.

We have used noodles that had veggies in them the last few times we had spaghetti. Noodles were a blend of pasta, spinich, carrots, and tomatoes. 4oz of noodles has 1 serving of vegetables. Kids tore 'em up. They are made by Rozzini(sp?) pasta.
