well, haven't been on in a week or two.....was in the bluff city last week for work.

and let me tell you.......there's nothing like getting food poisoning while you're on the road.

what a great week!!!!!!!!! i got to spend the night in an emergency room, and who could forget the pain! Oh Joy!

looking forward to eating all that good Memphis bbq? no worries, crackers and sprite all week long is just as good.

all i can say is it's good to be home, and to be able to eat solid food again.

That sux, I've been dealing with an elbow issue for about 3 months, trying to avoid surgery with a chiropractor.

Thank you. Sympathy and empathy, and I didn't even tell you that I dislocated it while laughing at my girlfriend and playing in the surf in the French West Indies. Luckily, my doctor recommended I treat it with pain medication and flexing it to avoid loss of mobility.

Bend the elbow and numb the pain--I can do that.

I don't know about exciting, but I felt pretty stupid after doing it. Imagine emerging from the surf on a beutiful isle, topless French hotties all around, under a clear blue sky with your arm cradled to your chest like a little kid with a splinter.

Not exactly a James Bond moment.
