Not only do us fans need college football but the sports world in general despertly needs it! Look at the current biggest headlines in sports: steroid user Bonds about to break one of all-time cherrished records, Vick involved in dog fighting, NBA ref(s) busted for betting on games and the whole Beckam madness. WE NEED COLLEGE FOOTBALL!!!!!

i remember watching something a couple years ago on sportscenter that had something to do with one day out of the year the fans werent allowed into the stadium to watch the game until it was over. i believe it was a silly tradition of some sort... how would yall feel if they started that up at ole Neyland?

Heard a Hemingway quote on a NASCAR show last night. He said something to the effect of... "Bull fighting, mountain climbing, and car racing are the only true sports"... The jist was because in those sports death was a very real risk.

Hemingway was an idiot in so many ways...
