Brewster is another guy.

Unless he can find someone to run the D and a couple of strong recruiters, Leach scares me.

After watching him do an interview, Leach is worse than CPF at giving interviews.

No sense in having a Bobby Lowder situation here.

But Hamilton did the right thing both times. It is amazing how fast those same boosters who wanted Buzz to stay forgot all about Jordons ex roomate after Bruce started winning. If Hamilton gets the right coach Fulmer will be like the Uncle everyone likes but only want to see now and then. Winning cures all.

I have no doubt in my mind that Davis and maybe Gruden are at the top of his list. Not so sure how hard he will be pressing for Chucky considering how big a long shot he is. After Davis, though, there is no telling who he is targeting. I'd say there are 6-7 names he is talking to.

I'm not so sure Gruden is such a long shot as people think. I heard something on another site from a very respected poster there that knows the Gruden's
in-laws very well and the poster was claiming it's not as unrealistic as one might think based on info he was told.

I actually am proud of the way he has handled things. He as a new AD went against some pretty big opponents to move Buzz to get Bruce. Then he made a move that was definately not easy in removing Fulmer. I know folks on this site wanted him gone and he is. But I guarantee you that was not an easy task. Hamilton knows he must make a good hire or some movers will come after him with a vengance. He is smart and proven to hire well. So with that knowledge and the fact that he knows he is being watched closely I think we will get a top notch hire. Ham needs it more than we do.
