Coaching staff is the same as the last 10 years. Can't utilize the talent. Palmer, Eric Gray,Chandler and the o line isn't being utilized right. Chaney has to be fired. Either that or Pruitt. Palmer is hardly getting the ball. Hardly any screens to a fast Eric gray and Chandler. Should be more pro set I formations and multiple Te sets with this o line. Especially with no qb that can produce much. Jared or harrison bailey isn't a spread formation shotgun qb. They would benefit from a run and play action game plan. Just mix it up chaney is all I'm saying

I hate to pile on, but, I do believe Chaney is the main part of the problem. That's what Pruitt gets for hiring a good friend. That the defensive coordinator got fired makes it look like Pruitt is the other half of the problem. But, firing him would cause damage beyond just financial issues. Bringing in a new OC would quiet most of us for the time being. So, just my two centavos.
