I feel I read one time that Tennessee sold the rights to the interlocking UT to Texas....

We didn't sell, lost it in a lawsuit to Texas. Apparently they were using it before us. I have a lot of old school stuff with the interlocking UT on it. GO VOLS!

The Rule on the interlocking UT is anything East of the Mississippi River, Tennessee has the right to it, anything west Texas has the rights to it.
