Sort of a random question but does the Bowl we get invited to effect recruiting? Can we have recruits at our practices or what exactly are the rules? Is there an advantage to one bowl over the other: Cotton or Outback?

I would think the Cotton would be better because it would be in Cowboy Stadium and the time slot would lead to more national exposure but Tampa is talent rich and we have focused on Florida in recruiting?
