Legally interesting.

If they do not advertise land for sale or memberships, how is one to prove they have violated the laws on housing etc?

I did know at least one private school in GA whose bylaws did in fact spell out discriminatory policies. They were not tax-exempt was about the extent of their penalties because of it.
