No not at all, I believe the story and I don't have a problem at all with Phil Valentine giving his opinion, he's entitled to it. I was just stating the obvious, it's a negative piece written by someone that doesn't like Obama. I probably wouldn't have said anything at all but every time something is written in a negative light toward McCain or Bush than it is questioned on here based on the source. If it happens to be the NY Times or CNN for example. I always hear that the Tennessean is a liberal rag but Phil Valentine isn't liberal at all.

The Tennessean does have a liberal slant but like so many media outlets they often have a fairly recognized person in the opinion column.

What he isn't, not a genetic drop of, is 'African-American,' the descendant of enslaved Africans brought to America chained in slave ships. He hasn't a single ancestor who was a slave. Instead, his Arab ancestors were slave owners. Slave-trading was the main Arab business in East Africa for centuries until the British ended it.

Let that sink in: Obama is not the descendant of slaves, he is the descendant of slave owners.
