Can somebody tell me what exactly it is? Everything I seem to read about it is confusing. Is it 3 first person shooter games in one package?

Half life 2 along with it's two sequels Episodes 1 & 2, Portal (the cake is a lie), and Team Fortress 2, an online multiplayer kill-or-be-killed type game that has a brilliantly twisted sense of humor.

Like DrRosenRosen said, it's a lot of fun for the money.

Highly recommend it if you like shooters and/or puzzle games. Portal is pretty cool. HL2 is great. TF2 online is a blast.
