It was a nice come from behind win, too. They were down by about 35 runs with only 28 balls left.

On Sunday's during our men's league baseball games at one of the fields we play at there are always about 40 dudes playing before we show up and still going strong after we're done with 9. It's fascinating to watch and I haven't got a clue what is going on...

I watched it in the stadium....It ws like nothing tht I have ever experienced. The whole country went crazy that night..... The match got over at 11:00 in the night.... the party's still going on........ The best thing was that the cup was dedicated to the man in my avatar..... Sachin Tendulkar.... THE GOD !!!

What are you doing in Bangalore? Tech stuff? I know that it is an up and coming technology center.

I was over in Andhra for a handful of months this past fall; in Kadapa District to be more specific. Wish I had been there for the World Cup, though!

Also, wish I could get some Hyderabad Biryani again.

Yup. I am working as an SAP programmer. And Kadapa district is close to Bangalore. And of course Biryani is AWESOME !!!

I take a grad class at night, and the instructor and the rest of the class are all Indians. They follow this stuff religiously.
