VY reminded me of Vick for the first time yesterday.

That game-winning run in OT was eerily reminiscent of Vick's game-winning TD run against the Vikings (also in OT, I believe) back in 2002.

Yup, DAMN THAT KERRY COLLINS!! That was a bad move IMO. Even if Young didn't start we would have had Volek who knew the offense very well. If Vince would have taken over a 2-1 team from Billy, then we would be 8-5. I still think Billy got the shaft but he was a HELLUVA better option than Collins was. Who's to say also that Volek may not have lost the starting job either?? Either way I am estatic about how VY is playing and he has things you can't coach as well.

Colston has had a good season, but VY gets it easily i think. For one his name and the hype with it. Two, he has led a dead football team back to respectability. Lets see how he does against two good teams(Jacksonville,New England) and one decent team that is hot right now(Buffalo).

I'm all for it CBC...they take out those two wins, along with KC losing out and the Phins win out....and Miami possibly makes the playoffs!

VY was also getting talked up on Around the Horn and PTI today for Norm Chow coming out and saying VY is redefining the QB position... in 10 starts. :wacko:

Worst possible time, as the Titans and Young play a team that absolutely destroyed them earlier in the year. Nice lil test to see how far along the team and Young have come along since early November.

better to get it all over with now rather than next season when they actually may have a shot at making the playoffs.

He looked like a rookie again today against one of the better defenses. At least he didn't lose the game.

Thankfully the Titans didn't need any offense today.

The Titans offense as a whole never got started. They rode the bench today as the Defense, led by Pacman Powerpellet Jones. Great Job Titans. BTW I wonder how Vince feels taking his first victory formation knee??

Titans are in the playoff picture with a legit shot with a win this week and a couple of teams in front of them lose......Miami and the Jets play......along with the Bengals and Broncos.....The Titans beat Buffalo and Miami beats the Jet's....That's 3 teams ahead of them taken care of......Looks like both wild card races are coming down to the last weekend of the season

Once again Vince leads the Titans to a win. He's 8-4 as a starter and the Titans are poised to make the playoffs. Plus Coach Fisher should be Coach of the Year IMO. Great job Vince!!!

Sean Payton has Coach of the Year locked up, as he should. I guess you could put Fisher second at least, though.

VY played very well in the first half. The running game was big in the 4th quarter. He did make a nice conversion on that 3rd and 5.

Overall another nice game for VY.

13/20, 183 yards, 2 TDs
8 carries, 61 yards, 1 TD

Not a bad day for a guy that won't be able to do it in the NFL.
