Fools gold. I'm so ready to be over the Pace, Nagy, and Trubisky era. What a waste of a top 5 defense. All we needed was a mediocre, middle of the pack QB play and we would be playoff bound easily. Now we have an outshot chance of getting the 7th seed if we win out and the Cards end up falling apart. So basically we'll probably finish 8-8, miss the playoffs, and get a middle round 1st pick, with us barely missing out on Zach Wilson and Trey Lance. If we do miss out on them we better go OL... ideally OT, then try our luck at Mac Jones or Trask in the 2nd (barf).

Must’ve really showed Poles and Getsy something at the Senior Bowl, Combine and Pro Days. Mock drafts aren’t worth the piss it takes to sign them, but never saw Velus’s name pop up. DID see Butler and Cade in some 5th round projections…and the Bears have two that round!
