Listening to Mike Wilbon on Waddle and Silvy. He passes on Todd Monken due to a couple of instances where they didn’t run Henry. Think that’s flawed thinking considering how much he’s amped their offense from the Roman days and his work with Lamar Jackson.

Monken would be a really good hire at least for Caleb’s development but I’m not sure how much it matters with Warren and Poles in charge

Not a fan of Warren due to his Big 10 Commissioner dictator stance in 2021, but it’s too early to say he or Poles are hopeless. Nothing worked with Detroit either until they hired a strong personality in Campbell who almost instantly installed a winning culture.

Monken has proven to be an OC that can maximize his players potential. He would be a good for anyone likely

And we have…recently! He’d stabilize and get things running correctly. Just don’t see a top end with him.
