Exactly...the same players playing very good on 1st and 2nd downs, but clueless on 3rd down points to scheme. Else they would also be bad on 1st and 2nd consistently.

3rd and forever is a simple play call for other teams. He can scheme for 1st and 2nd but not on 3rd or 4th ? Its as much on him as it is depth
