This organization trades for a safety, giving up valuable draft capital only to cut him. Stuff like that and the horrible o line drafting/development is the difference between this organization having an outside shot and being a serious contender.

It could be worse but man these misses are killing us. Still think we need to upgrade on the offensive line. We have questionable talent with zero depth.

That's good to hear, but it's not just that pick. We just cut a guy we wasted two picks on. We've had some terrible, really bad misses.

True, and to be fair there have been some really good hits..... But those misses are the difference between being a serious contender or being a good team team with an outside shot.
