This will likely be my last game thread this year. I head to Ranger School Sunday. I look forward to doing them again next year.


*I would be able to do the bowl game thread as I'll have leave for the Christmas time frame.

Ranger school....approximately 60 days of non-stop fun. Too fun for me as I'll continue doing commo in the Natty Guard.

After that performance Saturday, I'm with TFP Jay Greeson that we can neverhear the youth card anymore. Depth/injuries? Fine, but they didnt just go to the wire, they played.smashmouth football, something only LSU has done successfully against the Tide.

This is what you wanted Mr Jones, this is the team finally arriving after the Georgia win and playing Bama the way they did. There is zero excuse.not to win out. UT is 3x as good as any of these schools. I've been a "give it.time" guy more than anyone, but what took place Saturday shows there is no excuses anymore.

Tennessee wins this game by 14. Kentucky will never to able to deal with the three headed monster of Dobbs,Hurd and Kamara.

I agree. Only way we lose is if the turnover margin is +3 or better for Ky. Get on top early and don't let up, don't let them have any confidence at all. UT controls the game on the ground, makes a few plays in the passing game, wins special teams/dictates field position, defense bends but doesn't break.......Vols win 41-23 IMO.

I think this is a food assessment of what we'll see Saturday. Imo, if Dobbs gets going in the run game then we will absolutely dominate Kentucky
