Because we have to cover on the outside to keep contain. Every time the running back doesn’t have to help block he gets on our middle linebacker and creates that hole.
We need to stunt the D end into that hole and cover the end with a linebacker. The problem is then you’ve got to play man somewhere which is also a problem. We apparently have decided not to play man on the outside

Every time they do it, the center is downfielld to block. Seems like one of the LB could just cue on the center. Probably more complicated than that. Just what I’m seeing from the cheap seats.
