NASCAR penalizes Kyle Busch Motorsports after Kentucky win | NASCAR.com

Lucky that NASCAR doesn't officiate like the FIA. Busch would have had that win stripped. NASCAR as a sanctioning body is very lenient in terms of it's sporting and technical rules. Only thing they seem to be strict on is their substance abuse policy.
