Dusty Baker would drive me f*<king nuts with some of his decisions but I trusted he always knew better than I did. Paid off handsomely as I was able to enjoy 2022 WSC without guilt.

Pretty sure I developed my depth of baseball patience following the Astros through their selloff, deep tank and rebuild in the pre 20 teens. 100 loss seasons were bearable when focusing on their drafts and farm growth, didn’t really have much choice!
