Pittsburgh is up 17 to 14. Tennessee’s offense started sluggish, had to wake up. Defense needs to really step up.

Their coach can throw the review flag anytime he wants, the refs just can’t overturn penalty rulings. Either way, it worked out well for us because it cost them a review/timeout

They would generally explain that the play isn't eligible to be reviewed. But that assumes the refs from the SEC know the rules.
