Hello everyone and happy holidays. i just got gamefly and will be posting my review of all the games i play here.
to start things off with a bang!
FARCRY 3
Just completed this game. I personally think that it was awesome i give it a 9/10. I think a strong point of this game was the fire fights and the overall takedown aspect of the game. as you level up you are able to unlock cooler takedowns to silently kill the enemies.
the game utilizes stealth if you so choose. i really enjoyed this alot. some people prefer to just run in guns blazing which is also viable but ive found that you will die a whole lot more.
the weapons in the game are a little limited as there are really only a few you will use the whole game.
the fully destructible environment is awesome. you light a building on fire it will burn all the way down.
the story mode is really fun and addicting. once you get started stopping will be a problem.
BAD: the multiplayer aspect of the game is pretty basic and other shooters do it much better so playing it for the multiplayer is not worth it. better off playing cod or halo.
rent or buy?
if you really feel like you would play it multiple times and try different choices then buy it. but if you want to see the story and move on renting is a better option. however there are some really cool achievements that might make it worth buying.
