We can certainly hope. I knew when Price got his first win this post season, we were good given his history. Great season for the team.

So you’re expecting another 108-win season and 11-3 playoff record? That’s the point, yes they’re setup for success, but that doesn’t guarantee anything close to what we witnessed this season. The Yankees won the world series in 1999 and 2000, but neither came close to be as good as the 1998 114-win season.

Yesterday the Sox traded one of their top 15 prospects for an injured slugger and today they added two relievers who instantly become the two worst arms in the bullpen. Fun times.

Well, we’ve been here before. Traded Devers for Jordan Hicks, Kyle Harrison, and James Tibbs.

I get Devers was being difficult about moving positions but he’s still one of the top hitters in the league. Harrison is the best pick up we got, lots of potential but hasn’t developed yet. I’m bummed
