The Official #14 Tennessee @ #3 Georgia Game Thread, 3:30 PM ET, CBS

Chaney's play-calling is as predictable as it gets. He square peg round hole's it with the same game plan in every game, with the same tired series, that even when they obviously aren't working, he sticks to till the end.

We aren't succeeding in the SEC, even with a competent QB if the OC can't realize that his game plan isn't working and make adjustments.
You guys will not want to hear this, but this is the standard Chaney cycle. He is a good OC, at first. However, he is exceptionally predictable, especially based on formation.

Kirby saved Chaney from his career spiral. Arkansas down to Pitt, making peanuts-about a third of what he is getting now. Kirby brought him in because, as a career DC, he wanted an OC who was established and could handle that side. Also, Pittman and Chaney are tight.

Kirby got fed up and did not fight to keep him when Tennessee came with a big raise. Pruitt was another career DC who wanted the established OC.

Chaney came in and gave you a solid OC. However, that is his ceiling. He is a B-. He lacks creativity to get WRs open based on formation and he NEVER makes meaningful in-game adjustments. He is incredibly predictable. You will fire him or not renew his contract in a year to try someone else to breathe life into the offense.

Reactions: VOLAGAIN
You can't be serious. Do your remember the score beginning the 3rd qtr. We were up on ga, then the jg turnovers, that was the change in the game. not one to, but 4, and if i am not mistaken all 4 of the turnovers netted points for ga, and its not all on him? Jg played decent the first half, but the 2nd was terrible.
The protection was and route running was better in the first. GA adjusted and we didn't.
