Probably so. Reggie King would have only been a freshman. Both years the game in Knoxville was on a Saturday and that appears to be daylight beaming in from the end zone (and therefore an afternoon game). 1/31/1976. The SI issue was 2/9/1976.

Tough stretch for the Vols coming up. Good news is they’re rested and coming off a huge win that will pay off come tournament time.

Based on the Stats, looks like an UNDER for you Draft King Guys. I'm being realistic in thinking with bama off a bad loss, and at Coleman, and the fact that It is bama, (bama plays over their heads vs Tenn) UT loses a close hard fought game. No shame in that, BUT if they Win; That would be huge . Go Vols!

Dunn, Leon Douglas, Anthony Murray at point guard and the aforementioned, Mr. Reggie King, come to mind. Coached by C M Newton. They were SEC champs that season with Tennessee coming in second. The next season we were champs.

That is definitely Stokely. It was longer to the sides of the court. It was upper and lower decks at the ends of the court.

That might have been the last year with the canvas Chucks. It’s possible that the Lady Blue trim on the uniforms was added with leather Converse the next season.
